Apostolic Network - Kenya Chapter
has
embarked on an apostolic assignment of training and equipping Pastors and
Church Leaders with a vision of raising up a strong end-time apostolic army.
This is done through its sub-division arm of the network; Metro
Apostolic Network Bible Institute. This is the foundation and
motivation of other MAN projects that will follow as we grow.The program
works among the un-reached communities of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and
Tanzania.
In Kenya alone, the training program covers Nairobi and it's environs,
Eastern, Western, Nyanza, and Rift Valley provinces. Battling the religious
systems, traditional religions, witchcraft and cultural resistance in East
Africa - this program is gaining roots withstanding all the odds to
penetrate the gross darkness and we are seeing communities embracing the
present truth and opening their hearts to not only learn but to shift into
the apostolic dimension of ministry.
OUR TARGET
MANBI targets the entire body of Christ with much emphasis on the church
workers (Saints). We train the New converts, Maturing Believers to
understand their place in the apostolic agenda of God as spelled out in
Ephesians 4:11, We are training Church Leaders in all levels of leadership
(Sunday School Leaders, Ushers, Worship Leaders, Deacons, lay - Leaders) as
well as the Ascension Gifts ministers to flow in their function and play
their role in the in the apostolic agenda as I earlier stated.
As a mobile apostolic church based school of ministry; we are moving deep
into the villages and are working in partnership with churches to see this
dream come to pass. Our training programs are conducted in forms of
Seminars, Retreats,conventions, Conferences and summits. We have also
launched the Certificate and Diploma Programs. Pastors and Church Leaders
are studying during vacations.
Dec 2010 - June 2011 Report
In Dec 2010 by the grace of God we trained 30 youth leaders drawn from about
20 churches through out Kenya.
In Feb. 2011 we conducted a training for pastors and church leaders
in Mukono, Uganda which was attended by 50 Pastors and about
60 church leaders.
In April 2011 we were requested by the Bishop of Calvary End-time
Church who is one of the MANBI advisory board member to train all is
pastors and Church leaders in the entire nation. Drawn from all regions we
trained 40 pastors and 50 Church leaders
In June 3rd - 5th 2011 we have just concluded a powerful Pastors and
church leaders training. During this training unlike others we invited all
church leaders for an afternoon workshops session where all participating
facilitators spoke in the workshops. We had a workshop for Youth, Women,
Deacons and Pastors.The just concluded program saw 70 Pastors, 40 Church
leaders and 100 congregants from different churches benefit from the
training
BIBLES, BOOKS and TRACTS DISTRIBUTION
Most of the pastors and Church leaders we have reached have no
complete bibles and most churches have congregations who do not have bibles.
We have therefore began an outreach arm of MANBI that deals with Tracts,
Bibles and Christian Books Distribution. In the past Mission we distributed
100 Christian Books and 200 Evangelism tracts to both the Leaders and
Members.
