Here is a collaged of pictures from Bishop's trip to Brazil a few years ago. He Consecrated Pastor Tulio Ferreira as an Apostle and Pastor Jesse Ferreira as Bishop. This picture is with Bishop Moyses Ferreira whom he consecrated as Bishop two years earlier.

Then, the Altar Calls with hundreds packing the altars...
Bishop Frank had many "Words of Knowledge" for people and when they were translated the people were amazed at the Moving of the Holy Spirit!
